you need. Whether you need help making business
vision a reality by designing processes to support
new solutions, or developing a more effective approach
to ongoing support and maintenance requirements.

Our outsourcing services covers a twenty-four month
period starting on the initial start date and running
contiguously and renews annually unless terminated
by either party with 30 days notice to the other party.
The Customer has the right to terminate with or
without cause within the first 60 days of this agreement.
There is a flat monthly charged for outsourcing
services depending on the service hour level selected.
This monthly charge is based on a discount rate;
therefore any additional hours will be billed at the
calculated discounted hourly rate.
